Better Schools. Healthier Families.
Stronger Communities.
It's not easy being a kid these days, just take a look at the newspaper headlines, or watch the evening news.
And even the best schools and the most caring families can sometimes face challenges. That's why Georgia Natural Gas employees decided to make children and education focal points of our employee volunteer and corporate giving programs. |
Making a Commitment
GNG employees take time out of their work day regularly to tutor students and provide educational support to public schools. And our volunteers often spend their weekends supporting projects that benefit children.
Being Consistent
At the same time, the company consistently sponsors activities and programs that open doors to additional learning - the kind that take place in museums, zoos, and at special exhibits. Otherwise, some children might never have that opportunity. |
