Georgia Natural gas employees helped to collect over 350 blankets at the agency's annual blanket drive in Savannah, 2007. GNG sponsors the drive every year.

Georgia Natural Gas acknowledges the limitations - both financial and sometimes physical - that seniors, an ever-growing segment of the population, often face. We also recognize the contributions seniors make throughout Georgia. That's why our employees make volunteering at senior-focused institutions a cornerstone of our volunteer program every year.

Serving Neighbors
At places like Lutheran Towers, near our corporate offices, our employees volunteer at special events - like serving holiday meals to the seniors who live there. In Savannah, our volunteers collected blankets to be distributed through Senior Citizens, Inc.

Spreading the Word
And every year we visit town hall meetings and senior centers throughout Georgia to educate seniors about energy issues and energy assistance programs targeted to them.
