Georgia Natural Gas Price Plans - Something for Everyone!

We’re glad to have you as a Georgia Natural Gas customer! GNG offers competitive variable and fixed price plans designed to meet your individual needs.

The following chart shows the price plans in which existing GNG customers may enroll. Following the chart is a brief explanation of variable and fixed plans.

⁽²⁾	GNG's standard variable price plan. Price per therm of $1.899 depending on credit criteria/payment history. Customers with the higher price per therm will see Variable Market Limited on their bill.
⁽³⁾	This plan has a price per therm that is guaranteed to be at least $0.05 per therm lower than GNG's standard variable price offer.
⁽⁴⁾	Qualifying seniors who are enrolled on our Variable Select plan will receive a discounted price per therm that is guaranteed to be lower than our standard variable price offer.
⁽⁵⁾	This plan is designed for customers who use at least 1,000 therms per year, although there is no minimum usage required to enroll in the plan. The plan has two price tiers. The price per therm for the first tier (1-74 therms used in a billing cycle) is a variable price guaranteed to be no higher than GNG's standard variable price offer. The price per therm for the second tier (75+ therms used in a billing cycle) is guaranteed to be at least $0.10 per therm lower than our tier-one price.

Variable plans – Under a variable price plan, your gas service is billed at a competitive price per therm that may change based on market conditions. No contract is required. Customers who are at least 65 years old and have a total household income of $14,355 or less may qualify for a special senior discount off their standard variable default price plan. Qualifying seniors will receive a reduction of up to $14.00 on their monthly Atlanta Gas Light Company (AGLC) Base Charge, and GNG will lower their variable price by several cents a therm. GNG’s variable prices listed above apply to customers with a beginning meter reading date (which appears as the “Prior Meter Reading Date” on their bill) on or after July 5, 2008. GNG customers on a variable plan may choose another GNG price plan without a credit check.

Fixed plans – Under a fixed price plan, gas service is billed at a fixed price per therm. GNG uses the fixed price in effect when the customer selects the plan to calculate the customer’s gas charges for the full length of the agreement. If a customer terminates a fixed plan before the end of the agreement, an early termination fee may apply.
